When do I get my SIM card?

I applied for the Afrihost Mobile 3 package on the 25th of Feb. I see a debit order came off on the 1st of March - any idea how long it takes Afrihost to deliver the SIM? It's been a week already since ordering.

EDIT:
I see under "My Account" in the Afrihost Client Zone it says "waiting for payment", but the debit order came off on Wednesday.

Heya genetic! Sorry about the late reply here. The courier will usually be in touch within 48 hours of your payment clearing on our side to set up a delivery date. If your payment is still pending in ClientZone, please feel free to drop me a PM with your account details and I'll look into it.
