When do you need to Rica?

I need to buy a new PHONE, however am going to use my existing sim.. Do I need ID and POA?

So is a sim not supplied when u buy the phone or is that a seperate purchase altogether.. Sorry I've always had contract phones and this is for my kid

The Vodacom prepaid deals includes a prepaid starter pack. You will need to RICA this sim for it to activate when you put it in the phone and get a new Vodacom number.
