When is Openserv going to fix the problem!

Since the 4th Sept Openserv have said there's a problem with the fibre connectivity in the Pinetown/Hillcrest areas. Tonight I can't even get YouTube up on my TV.
When is this issue going to be sorted out or are Openserv going the same way as Eskom?
