When is the new ICASA Draft Coming into place

Even though all of these fantastic things that ICASA wants to put into place , it means nuthing if we dont know When all this will come into place , if ever for that matter , because my own ADSL expirience has taught me to never hope for a better future for ADSL / Broadband subscribers

U can hope high ... but Telkom will crush your dreams | thats the bottom line

Its a draft.. its open as the previous ones were for debate by major players to air their concern translates to Telkom will object again and another set of talks or debates are likely to follow cause ICASA does not seem to have a spine. uhm closing dates in january so we have to wait till then. So much for 6 - 8 weeks before we see action...
