While there's no age limit for when South Africans must stop driving, it can become dangerous if someone who is no longer up to the task is still allowed to get behind the wheel.

Majority of people in downtown Bellville with 99% tint on their windows have never been up to the task*. I'm sure the rest of y'all have the same problem wherever you are.

*And let me not get started on the 60kph in the middle lane of the N1 (with lights on bright at 0500 in the morning because it was a long party).
