I've unsubscribed from Hyperli so many times, and yet continue to be spammed on a daily basis by them. What is the official process for flagging this company for blatantly disregarding privacy requests?

I have marked them as spam via gmail, but it still manages to filter through. It boggles the mind!

Usually, I would happily ignore - but it's become too invasive, especially as I'm trying to reduce screen time and looking at ways to increase productivity, having to deal with non-solicited mails is just one extra thing to have to deal with. Surely, it's not legal for them to keep doing this?

Read up on the POPI and Consumer Acts, and looks like these companies are in "acting in accordance" by providing a means for us to opt-out of marketing material, however, if they persist then the best would be to formally request that this be done via email to their customer services departments (yikes!) and failing that, as a last resort, a complaint can be lodged with the Information Regulator.
Sadly, this seems like even more admin. Guess we'll have to just continually "mark as spam" or set up an auto-trash rule for these guys.

Also consider the issue is international :(

Thanks for this - will do a bit of research. Have you tried it, with success?
Yes, I'm currently using it to manage my emails..
It unsubscribed me from 40 mailing lists.
And has a daily summary/rollup of another 32 mailing lists.
Before unroll.me , I would use filters to handle each mailing list but at some point it became too much to handle.

It does a great job, however their privacy policy might concern some.
