Hi,
Just wondering about this , my company switched to Mweb Business about 2 months before all this free and open peering or bust hooohaa started with MWeb . The problem we are facing that our major clients are all on the Telkom Network , and we are now expierencing some major issues supporting them via a VPN as the ping times to their VPN are very high and our products are web based causing slow responces etc. I can understand that their decision wont have such a major impact on non gaming general users , but not to peer with SAIX is starting to affect our business heavily and we are after all paying for a business service . We cant just walk away as well because we have a 12 moth contract with the bonded line service
Are their any other options Mweb ? , from your side to assist people using your business ISP service and unable to actually do business because of your peering policy you decided to change ?
Regards
Pieter
