When will we see a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 (2014 Edition) replacement?

Does anyone know when we will see a new 10 inch galaxy note tablet from Samsung. I am wanting to get a tablet for work and it makes sense to get one with a stylus however the only one I can find that is easily available on contract is the Galaxy Tab A with S Pen which seems a little weak even compared to the 2+ year old Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).

Yeah. I'm also looking. And agree that the Tab A effort is weak. It's not even as good as my original Note 10.1, which my wife is using still.

I heard a rumour somewhere that they are making a 2015 edition. I'll try find the link to it again.

Here:

http://www.sammobile.com/2014/10/28/galaxy-note-10-1-2015-edition-leaks-on-samsungs-website/

We’ve seen this happen before. One of Samsung’s apps gets an update, and the update’s description gives away the existence of an upcoming Samsung device. Well, it is happening again, and this time, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2015 Edition has been spotted on Samsung’s website and in the description for the company’s Watch ON app. The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition was launched alongside the Galaxy Note 3 in late 2013, and we’ve seen many folks clamoring for a sequel. It looks like Samsung will be obliging with the 2015 Edition of the device, though at this point we’re completely in the dark as far as hardware, pricing, and release info is concerned.

That device is quite different and aappears to be a laptop replacement:
Android vs Windows
10inch vs 12 inch screen
Not sure if the TabPro S has a S-Pen But I want the stylus functionality.

Yeah, read a bout that a while ago but it is now over a year.

Yeah, I don't think it's happening.

And agreed. I can't do without an S-Pen anymore.

I had a Note Pro 12.2. It was an excellent device and their best tablet made to date. The only issue I had was Samsung support on the device. Its absolutely pathetic.

My device was less than 2 years and I handed it in due to a faulty firmware update. They were going to offer a full replacement since it was within 2 years. Samsung however, discontinued manufacturing both the Note Pro 12.2 and the Note 10.1 2014.

These devices were not even released for an entire 2 year duration and Samsung just abandoned them. Not to mention firmware updates as well on these. Its just painfully slow.

They could not offer me any other tablet as none of the available ones matched the features and functionality (Not specs) of what the Note pro 12.2 or Note 10.1 2014 could do.

I did get a Note 5 as my warranty replacement. While the phone is excellent in every respect, its not a tablet.

I hope they have a good successor to the Note tablet range. The iPad Pro with the pencil is quite popular so it proves that the stylus is still in demand.
