Where are the promised ICASA ADSL regulations? The ones we were promised last week, and then yesterday, and so far has STILL not been delivered??

They are probably been shown to telkom and modified to suit telkom and then made public

I just read in the newspapers today that three of Telkom's main indunas, which include Papi of course, are overseas at the moment. They have been subpoenaed to appear before the Subel-commission yesterday, but instead chose to go and work on their tans on a sunny beach somewhere and let us pay for it.

Is this the behaviour of someone who is worried about ICASA?
