Where can I find blue LEDs?

A friend has asked me to change the HDD and power LEDs in two of his PCs to a dark blue LED. I have searched Google but can't find anywhere to get these, anywhere in Cape Town would be great.

Thanks guys, what sort of voltage would the motherboard output? (my multi meter was stolen).

Power and reset LED pins are around 3.3V if I remember correctly. So basically, you can wire the LED without a resistor
