Where can I get CSS?

Does anyone know were I can buy Counter Strike Source? Even a copy of Half Life 2 with Counter Strike Source will work. I am situated in Cape Town. I cannot purchase it via Steam because I don't have a credit card. Are there any stores that might have it?
 
I've seen a copy of HL2 at Top CD... In Menlyn, that is. And it was about 8 months ago. So I can't help, sorry! :p
 
try take2. i know there is a copy available there i just dont know if you also need a credit card for that. or well if worse comes to worse just find someone you know with a credit card and pay them back on the spot :)
 
I seen half life 2 with CSS for R299 > odd world
I also seen one at pirate bay for 1.9gig but does not work online so original is the best...
 
Where did you see that halflife 2 with CSS? do you download it then afterwards? coz i want the actual original DVD :)
