You should be able to get them at any electrical supply shop. They are not cheap, unfortunately. IIRC, I paid R120 for JR45, and R40 for RJ11 inserts. e.g. look for Voltex outlets.

Some hardware shops have them and they are much cheaper.
Brights electrical (CT) had them when I was looking and they were cheapest.
