For the past month or so I have struggled to access my website "www.radicalmobility.com" and "www.hostingbrand.com" they are both on the below mentioned IP range, I don't even have FTP access to radicalmobility.com (connection timed out) error. I have no firewall, refreshed my DNS cache and browser cache numerous times, I have even tried using proxies but to no avail:

67.18.0.0 - 67.19.255.255
ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc.
1333 North Stemmons Freeway
Suite 110
Dallas, TX
US

Just today I changed from Interprise (IS) to Axxess (SIAX) thought that it might be a ISP problem, but it wasn't. I cannot ping either of the above sites from my computer, the sites are viewable by other users except me and I can also ping then using a external server, what you guys think the problem can be? I have a router via a 10/100 hub …… this problem usually occurs over weekends and public holidays like today which makes me suspicious.

All my other browsing is fine is just these sites!

problem found. DNS cache error on SAIX and IS....
Point your DNS to the root server : 196.25.1.1 and it works...
Cheers :D

thx for help ... how do I do this?

well start with running nslookup from the cmd line and checking what ip the host resolves to. you can change dns servers within nslookup by typing server = 196.25.1.1
this does not change the DNS settings on your PC though - only for the nslookup session.
to change your pc's DNS settings, you need to go to network options in the control panel and click on tcp/ip settings.
cheers -

C:\>nslookup
Default Server: dns.hinet.net

Thats what I get I entered into my Pri DNS on my PC but no joy yet

OK, your DNS server is functioning properly. Here is the result from my PC using your DNS server, is the IP correct? :

> server 168.95.1.1
Default Server: dns.hinet.net
Address: 168.95.1.1

Server: dns.hinet.net
