Here's my explanation. You loaded R100 airtime and get 200MB data and 200SMS. That means you are using Supercharge. See https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/prepaid-contract-detail/supacharge for more details. The Supercharge data and SMS is only valid for 5 days. The 200 free Supercharge minutes are only Cell C to Cell C. On Supercharge you pay R1.10 for voice calls. So you probably sent +7 minutes in total to those 3 numbers that you called.
