Where is AirDrop?

On my one Macbook, Airdrop appeared in Finders sidebar after I installed OS X Lion, but on my macbook pro I can't find Airdrop, it's not in the sidebar and Spotlight also don't bring it up. Is this a problem?

Click Finder - Preferences, click the sidebar tab, and you will see the option to add airdrop back.

oops...I was too quick on the button. I also can't find it in preferences/sidebar tab...

OK, what model MacBook Pro is it? Have you checked the Apple Support Doc on AirDrop? Is your machine officially supported? If it is on the supported list, you may need to go edit the plist file. Let me know if it is an officially supported model and I will talk you through it.
