Use the standard mail application - and I've just typed a mail, click send (got the whoosh sound) ... So I assume it's gone. But it's not in my sent items at all?

I probably have setup something wrong - but what could it be?

What is the easiest way to have *everything* on the server push to my BB, my Outlook and my iPad? So if I send a mail on my BB, it'll be in the sent in everything. Possible at all?

If you use iMap then it should be.

push to my BB

Rather get an iPhone. Then you could use the Cloud service and sync the iPhone/iPad easily while still having the mail in Outlook.

Way better than having to sit and mess with IMAPI

What Bwana says. Imap wins hands down for multiple devices like that.

I have about half a dozen devices across multiple OS`s and hardware platforms and IMAP is king.

I have IMAP ... odd :/

I'll probably get an iPhone on my contract in a few months - or if money comes my way, open the one I have here.

Just wait a while for the sent items to load up - it should appear in there if you have IMAP

If you're having problems with the blackberry portion then check that it is using imap and not pop.
