Where is the best place to study for Software Development?

Hello. I would like to know if there are any Software Developers here and would like some recommendations for places to study at in South Africa. What are the best Universities, Collages, or Technikons to study at in your opinion?

National Diploma is easiest and cheapest way of decent options available. Three years - UNISA, VUT, NMMU. From there you can move onto a BTech.

BSc is another option and probably better.
