Here's the 4 step process:

Step 1: Get normal MTN SIM
Step 2: Cut off plastic bits on the side.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit

If you buy an iphone or ipad from mtn they will get one for you.

MTN Hyde Park cuts them for you for free and you keep the pieces so you can still revert to a normal phone when needed.

The independent cell shop next to Checkers at Sandton City rips you for R100 for the slice.
