As things warm up it seems these little guys are appearing out of the woodwork, and in particular are trying to make themselves at home in my PC since it's warm and on most of the day. Now obviously this is a problem and I've been nuking the buggers with spray and have sprinkled some roach powder around but I am worried about potential health problems that may occur due to frequent use of the spray and someone accidentally getting the powder on themselves.

So I did some research and there are things called Cockroach traps that the roach basically crawls into, gets poisoned, heads back to it's home base and poisons all it's friends. It's poop also because poisonous so if any of the babies have a nibble they also die.

Here's an image of what I'm looking for:

Any ideas where I can get these?

Don't eat or drink anything at your pc. Make sure your home is kept spotlessly clean all the time, especially the kitchen. If there's no food for them, then you won't have any roaches. A few may come but they will quickly leave once they can't find any food/water.

try Builders, they have a whole range of roach stuff last time I checked

Yeah, vacuum seal your bin every time you put something into it. Dont keep any food in your home at all. Eat out all day every day.

...or just live normally and buy those roach traps which are in any supermarket store.

Thanks guys. I've checked the PnP and Spar by my house and neither of them sell these things. I'll try another one or one of the other places that's been recommended.

are they the big menacing roaches or the little german ones ?

It's the little german bastards. Did a cleanup of my PC today and already found two of them trying to make themselves comfortable.
