I would speak to Dell if I was you, just to find out about stock levels. It's been slim pickings for a long time, especially if you want the same model. You can also speak to a distributor if you want they will either point you to their favourite reseller or bend their own rules a bit for that sweet 4% profit margin
We buy through a vendor we have on our books, and it's currently a mission due to VERY low stocks.
I need to buy more at the mid-point of the year and I am dreading it, considering it took me 6 weeks to organise the Dell laptops we now have.
Contact Dell directly with those numbers, otherwise find out if one of the distributors cannot assist. With large numbers they might be more inclined to help you if Dell can't.

Drive Control Corp and Axiz or Dell directly. But like @lowriderza said, it's slim pickings. Low stock and long waiting on imports. We ordered workstations, laptops and servers last year, most of the order haven't come yet. And it's not the distributors fault.
