Hi all

Been away from SA for a while. Where would you guys suggest one goes to buy quality brand name components to build a gaming rig (online obviously ) ?

Thanks;)

Wow digitalsaonline has a super crappy website!! And some REALLY old products..

Gotta say: Prophecy and PcInt are the best out of that bunch.

Not a online store as such but I would recommend the dealers over at systemshock forum. I usually buy my stuff from Syndicate who has always given me excellent service and pricing.

Also if you want items which you can only get overseas or can get cheaper Andy has some great prices on ram.

Hi stefan

Thanks mate, do you have the URL for systemschock ? I have to agree, some online stores really stock OLD ( as in outdated ) products and doesn't have a broad selection to choose from - and they are EXPENSIVE !!!!

ta

EDIT : Nevermind - I found it ! Thanks

Have you bought from there?
I have bought a lot from him and his service is excellent. And all the stuff i got from him was at much better prices then either prophecy or Pcint.
He is also a dealer on systemshock, namely Thinice.
Pcint have good prices but are Pathetic when it comes to replying to e-mails. And creates a very bad impression IMO.

Cool cool. Nope, jst commenting on the website alone.

Ah ye jst mentioned PcInt cos of their seemingly good prices.

Prophecy has always been really good to me. Pretty good with emails!

Prophecy is very good with service and are prompt.
I recently bought a PSU from Digitalsaonline and 3 fan power cables were missing.(the box was sealed in plastic so it had to have been missed during packaging).
In any case, i enquired about it and low and behold received a whole new set of cables for my entire PSU!
Good service;)

Hi All

I must say it’s really embarrassing finding posts like this on other forums
@ MrE – if there is anything I can change about my site that you can give me a heads-up on, please do

I myself find my site to be acceptable, has the latest products, am quick to help my customers and is easy to navigate

Pity that it does not meet your requirements.

Kind Regards
