Where to check usage on Openweb Saix based accounts?

Hey guys, I have a 5 gig Saix based account with OpenWeb, where can I go to check my stats because it's not a Telkom Internet account and therefore I cannot use that site?

I forgot to turn off my account before midnight, but there was an 'admin-reset' at 00:08 on the 1st May 2008 ... so all of the data is now allocated to MAY, and I am already CAPPED!

This is rubbish!!! I have already sent an email to [email protected], but how long will it take for you guys to respond?
