Where to download extra voices?

Is there any way to download extra voice files for the Mac that does NOT involve Software Update? I've been trying for a week now and each time it just stops after 50 MB with 300 to go. Surely by now someone has made these things available for download somewhere?

Some of the voice files are huge. I was going to download them and upload them to dropbox or somewhere similar but only found out afterwards that it will take just about forever to upload. If you want a specific voice, i'll download it for you and then upload it somewhere, but I can't do all.

Lol I have no idea what you guys are talking about but I work for an ISP and get good upload speeds. Show me where to get the files and I can have them uploaded on DB for you

If you download the System Voice "Samantha", you get the same voice Apple uses for Siri in the US. "Daniel" is the voice of the UK Siri.

These things are enormous, but we are used to downloading things like Lion and Xcode by now. It's just that the server they lie on is slow and unreliable.

Uploaded the Samantha voice file to SkyDrive. I PM'd you the link. The file must be unzipped to:

System/Library/Speech/Voices/

So it's to have your computer read to you?

Better than that. You can encode it into an MP3. If you get something like Mariner Software's Narrator you can do an entire screenplay with different voices. Which is my current project.
