Where to find a Bluetooth Server?

Looking to setup a Bluetooth server, one similar in Gateway Shopping Centre & i think in Jhb, Menlyn (dun quote me).

Have to have it ready before month end. Am based in KwaDukuza .

I mean one where we could broadcast messages to those in a surrounding area (think here little smaller than a rugby field) so adverts etc can be shown over a 3 day period. Its for a Winter Fair we having soon.

Is it really that effective as a marketing tool? Given its just for a fair I'd look at flyers rather. Most people also don't walk aroudn with their Blueteeth active because of viruses.

Yeah i agree with you Fudzy however my client wants it and so i am looking around. Any idea on pricing etc? Looking to setup one that is similar to Gateway's one.

Nobody runs around with their bluetooth switched on...so fudzy is probably right.

But I reckon you can't (legally) get "powerful" bluetooth as such. You will probably have to set up many small bluetooth devices to cover the area.
