Where to find a Socket A mobo?

Just wondering if anyone knows where i can find a socket A motherboard in the cape town / durbanville region or if any of you have one to sell?

No its not, I have one to sell.

But its crappy, a Chaintech.

If mine does help you (ill sell it cheap) then just look in the Cape Ads, there are lots of old boards and chips in there, you'll find one cheap easily.

Everyone from the cape ads lives in bloody durbanville so no worries.

Ja, um Ive seen Vuurvlieg's Socket A board, and its totally crap, rather buy mine.

Seriously man the Cape Ads, or me, or someone else if you want a better board. Mine is really the crap, and might have some booting problems, ill check it out...

Sorry - just threw out my Gigabyte after the smoke that makes it work escaped from the caps... then sold another along with a duron CPU for R250 + R100 postage on Bid or Buy...

Sounds Like the 7VKML board (100/133 onboard VGA) - Replace the caps and they work fine

I think Memory Wizard JHB still have Asus boards

My Chaintech is a 7VIL4. Pretty crap I think, but it should work.

Im still using it atm actually, but I'm upgrading this week, so it should be free if you want it. Unless I sell my whole old PC...

Its got hot features like onboard USB 2.0, AC97 sound.. usualy crap, no onboard video, pretty k@k.

Sounds exactly what i'm looking for (besides the Chaintech part ). Will you let me know if you don't manage to sell the whole pc and are willing to sell just the board?
