Where to find this can opener?

I'm looking for an army-style (P38) can opener (north Joburg area). I had one once that I used for over 3 years, only stopped using it because the blade was rusted to **** The handheld twisting types never last that long (I don't like electric ones, some cans turn them nicely messy).

Most camping stores that cater for hiking stock them as light weight can openers, or emergency can openers .

That vid is still misleading as you need a knife like he shows... and if you stab a can enough times you'll get to the contents either way.
I've gone through two can openers this past month from Spar- they are the fancy white type with two wheels. Well Boss dog food tins kill them.
The only decent can opener is the R29 stainless classic punch with hand turning knob. I find the spear opener a hit and miss affair.
