Are there any online forums or community blogs specifically for web developers in Pretoria or the surrounding area?

I'm looking to hire junior web developers and struggling to find decent ones (This post obviously serves as asking on MyBB). Designers have a great network on Behance.com and Cape Town have the Web Addicts blog.

Juniors usually don't know their ass from their elbow, so good luck in finding decent ones. You get what you pay for. If you're looking for decent juniors, you might try hitting up a varsity or two for fresh graduates, they *usually* know WTF they're doing

You obviously get juniors, and juniors. Some know they lack some skills, and will ask around. The dangerous kind pretent they know everything, and will more likely break things rather than ask for help.

I do know a guy that have done websites before in his spare time, and might be willing to look at doing work for you. PM me your details so that he can contact you, should you still need someone. You could ask him for references if you want to see any.
