The collector's edition or standard?
Standard:
Steam has it for $59.99 (R415)
Kalahari.net has it for R349.95 and includes free shipping.
Amazon has it for $59.54 and would charge you $49.98 to ship which would total $118.69 or R818.
The CE hasn't been put up for pre-order anywhere and the current Kalahari.net price is as low as it's going to get since I'm pretty sure they just thumb-sucked that number and will correct it when they have more information.
Take2/BT don't have prices listed for it yet.
So either wait for the CE to be listed, or just go ahead and grab it from Kalahari

CE will get listed locally it's not kotor after all.
