where to refurbish laptop

Hi everyone.
Could any of you please tell me who can refurbish my old laptop to make sure everything is fine and maybe add a new shell to it??
Any help is greatly appreciated!:)
 
Got a cousin in Kyrgyzstan that does this and his prices are very reasonable.
 
Cool, where exactly is that btw?

Also i'm in pretoria/gauteng... so anyone close to here?
