Where to report Samung SA.

Hi guys,

I need your help I have had a horrible experience with Samsung

We bought a TV (51" Smart 3d Plasma) from Game stores, two months ago. All was going well till about two weeks ago when a black line appeared down the middle of the screen. I phone a logged a call (4140378718) and they said that they would get a tech out. Nothing happened and then all of a sudden i get a sms saying the call was cancelled.??? I phone back and they said the wrong tech was appointed and they would get the correct one to contact me. Nothing happened. I phoned back and they said they would escalate the call I then get through to another agent, I i told him that I dont want this tv fixed I want it replaced or credited so that I can buy a better one. I dont think paying R10,000 for a tv to only work two months is good. The agent agrees and said that he would call me back. That was a week ago. I now get a sms with a new reference number 3101246728????? I phone samung and they say they will phone me, everyday now i get that same excuse.

How can I go about taking this further. They not responding to hellopeter complaints. Can I not report them?
 
I am confused, why did you not take it back to Game? :confused:
Because you want someone to come out to you?
Perhaps try their FB or Twiiter

Its part of samsungs agreement you contact them and they get a local service agent to come out to you. Taking it back to Game is my next step, I though I would try samsung direct as going via Game will leave us without a tv for months.
 
Go to Game and get a swop out, make a scene aswell.
