Where to sell Rhodium?

So a family member has a mini bar of Rhodium, trying to sell it as it's worth a couple of bucks. Where do we begin? Googled myself silly, and none of these "We buy anything" places that buys Gold, Platinum and Diamonds places seem to buy it?

That's not going to be an easy sell. Even if it was, he's missed the boat, Rhodium spiked last month but has been falling for the last 2 weeks.
