Where can I report toxic players? I tried in-game options from csgo, dota2, ow and qc but they barely work

alt + f4

Go to steam library. Click on game in question. click uninstall.
Live happily ever after.

Just go into whatever settings for that particular game and mute all.

Facts of life.

If something could be done about toxic gaming communities they would no longer exist.
Reporting will get you nowhere. Even if they remove the player, there are ten toxic players waiting to take his place.

If you cannot handle the community of a specific game, then it is better not to play that game.

In dota you can mute players in game. And you can report after the game
