Doesn't seem to be available in SA for some reason. I think it's because it's an obscure publisher, so there was no one pushing to get it certified locally. Just change your Xbox Store region on the Xbox to US, redeem a US Xbox LIVE Gift Card, and then you can buy it and play on your SA account.

The price is terrible on XB1. You can get it on PC for less than $7 on Steam atm, and if you wait for it to be discounted again in the summer sale that's currently on it will be even cheaper.
