I checked them out but it seems you have to collect at post office unless you pay for the courier, or am I missing something?

Cape Town - think its R35 for courier.

My orders are usually in the region of R1000 - so I'm not going to worry about R35 and getting it delivered to me

Some people find it hard to stuff their faces to reach calories/protein requirements, hence the word "supplement"... As long as he is using it to supplement an already healthy diet, and not use it as a "replacement" for all proteins, it actually will be beneficial.
