which 3d glasses for my samsung led

i have a samsung 40" 3d led TV (UA40D6000), it did not come with 3d glasses and i want to buy some.

i am not sure which ones to buy (or for that matter where). i found 2 models (SSG-3050GB which is available on ebucks) or (SSG-3500CR), would either of these work? or if you can tell which other ones i can look at

I got from Somerset West about 5 months ago. Try Game as well, they also had them for R50.

Could someone explain the different types of 3D glasses (for different Samsung TV's)? I'm sure I read somewhere here that certain types wont work with certain TV's.

Ones starting with 2 e.g. SSG-2100 are IR for 2010 C model TVs , ones starting with 3 or 4 e.g. SSG-3050 or SSG-4100 are bluetooth for 2011 D & 2012 E model TVs.

I have SSG-3050, SSG-3100, SSG-4100 ones and all work fine on my 2011 D6000 and 2012 E550 TVs.

Not sure, best to check with the manufacturer.

No the Xpand won't work with the Samsung tv range.
