Which is the best ISP to go for for a 512kB line uncapped and unshaped?
And what prices's are they good at?

TelkomInternet or OpenWeb, depending on your needs....

TelkomInternet (SAIX Network) beter gaming in most cases, relaxed capping.
OpenWeb (IS Network) 3GB/30GB once 3GB is reached 192K International via OpenBrowse Proxy.
