Which ADSL Router/Modem to get?

Hi Guys,

Just had my ADSL line installed with telkom.

Opted for using my own Modem when they asked.

So I'm looking at buying a ADSL Router/Modem ASAP. Which ones do you recommend?

- I need something that will accommodate 10/20mbps
- Dual Band Wifi
- Solid reliable performance
- 1 or 2 USB ports

Budget: R 1200- 1500

And after ONE year of waiting, I finally have an ADSL line too. Also opted for using my own modem. So I am also asking the same question.

Anyone that can help Jamot and myself? I am totally clueless. Or is the Telkom modem good enough?

Netgear has a new VDSL modem/router which does a lot. Worth a look.
