Which Android Tablet under 3K

Hi Gents

In the market for a 10 inch tablet. I have heard the Samsung Galaxy and the Asus Transformers are very good. Which ones should i be looking at that has decent specs. Do not have to be the top range. The Ainol NOVO ranges is also good.

Interestingly i hear that Apple got much more tablet apps then Android. would a Ipad be a better bet then you Android version?

Have you looked for Samsung, Asus or Apple 10-inch tabs., and found any at under R3k. ?
I think all you can expect at that price is the Nexus 7 Wi-Fi and the some Wi-Fi ones at around R1k from Hi-Fi Corp & similar, or 3G from same at about R2k.

There's also this thread started recently - have a look around Esquire's site for other tabs, but I don't see prices listed.
