Hi

I`m looking for a corporate antivirus for 2 servers and +- 70 pcs

It should be low maintenance, good dectection, and not bug the users.
Is there anything that doesn`t tell the user that they got a virus every time they plug someone`s memory stick in? I don`t want a support call for every time an antivirus message pops up.
Cost is not an issue.

Kaspersky Business Space (Open Space).

Deploy the latest packages only. You will need to download the latest Administration kit as well as Client Packages, since the versions you get on DVD is old.

You can do just about anything in the Administration Console and the settings apply to the client PC's in mere seconds, which is great.
You can "net send" or message straight across the domain using the Admin kit as well, which is great for notifications.

Also, a license is a license. So whether you have 10 servers, or 20 desktops, the same license applies, you don't need separate Server licenses. This holds true for the Linux version as well.

ESET NOD32.

The client software can be customised (and deployed) from a central server to remove notifications/change settings/etc of any sort. Users wont even notice it. The only maintenance I do on mine is new installs (and log checking). Everything is set up to just work.

its what we use, and *touch wood* have never had a virus issue...

Sophos is awesome.

Extremely simple to maintain and install, awesome features and just works.

We use ESET Nod32, it's easily manageable and does not inconvenience the users too much. However it has let us down a few times with worms and viruses.

The sales people can be very annoying, but the technical guys are very helpful.

Kaspersky messed my w/e up: my old man uses a PC and decided to upgrade his KAV to latest (despite my constant advice, he prefers "if it aint broke, fix it till it is").

There was a fan and a collision and dark matter - suddenly, mouse is dead. A known issue it would seem since 2009 and you would have to be a "power user" to diagnose and repair and recover the mouse. It took me two hours. I think my father would have wasted a weekend and made things worse. Nice one KAV - I recommend to all never to touch this mouse breaker!
