Which CPU cooler? 2 Options

Just out of curoisity, why deepcool? they aren't the greatest as far as I know, for the same price I would rather get something like a coolermaster hyper tx3, i've had one, and theyre brilliant for their size :)

Yeah there are a lot better out there.
 
The thing is that deepcool cooler that OP origionally looked at is only like R200, hence why i suggested the tx3. Those closed loop water coolers are much more expensive than that :P
 
Starting from R580-00 or so but I can assure you that its worth every cent.

But if your on a budget, I'll go for the DC300 or the CM Hyper TX3 Evo . Had both in i7 systems. No Problems.

I recently installed a CM Hyper 212 Evo (~R300) on a friend of mine's i5 750 and the temperatures are pretty amazing. I'd say that its much better than the Cm Hyper 212+ & Cogage True Spirit that I've previously installed in other PC's.

At around R212, the CM Hyper TX3 Evo is definitely the best that you can do.

The Deep Cool coolers are most definitely better than the stock Intel coolers, but I'd suggest that if you're going through all the effort to install another cooler, that you rather spend slightly more on either the TX3 Evo of Hyper 212 Evo!
The TX3 Evo looks like it can be installed much easier & faster than the Hyper 212 Evo though.
