Which decent Mobo with 8 x SATA?

The Asus P5Q series has 8, some have 7 internal and 1 external.

Depends if you get the 1x 4x or 8x PCIe bus width.

There are a few intel boards but i think 4x3gb/s & 4x1.5GB/s (LAN rig has this mobo)

ASUS PQ5, solid board with great OC capabilities and 8 sata connectors. If you already have a good board, and only need more SATA connectors, just get a add on SATA pci-x card.

Thanks, Juggy, DJNgoma, JohnnyQ. I need to replace a P5K which has two add-on SATA cards - the current Win7RC-64 drivers are not stable, causing Win7RC-64 on the P5K to intermittently freeze. I'll probably get a P5Q Premium and see how that goes.
