Which display for gaming console

I'd like to know which screen you guys recommend from these two
HP 22'' Wide LCD w2207h http://www.digitalplanet.co.za/p-107...cd-w2207h.aspx
Samsung 22'' 2263UW http://www.digitalplanet.co.za/p-116...ast-ratio.aspx
reason for purchase from DP is that I received R4000 in vouchers for them, as a gift!
any other good displays you can recommend would be appreciated

Well, you have R4000.. Just go Samsung T260 : 26" Wide, "Full-HD" (Not that such a thing exists), but anyway, it's 1920x1200 or 1080i.

If it's too expensive, look at the T240..

Oh : Their panels are also better than their 22" panels.... Supposedly.

As a last resort you can try and find a cheap 32" LCD TV.. This would be my personal choice in your position, but you need 720p / 1080i support. So you might have to add some moolah to your vouchers.

+1 on LCD TV.

No matter how good the 22" is it sucks for console, I played my xbox360 for about 5 months on my pc lcd and didn't enjoy it much. Got a Bravia and wow, games look better and more enjoyable than sitting so close.

24" and about 3900 from DP seems to support full HD.
Can't seem to find any sony bravias on DP....
