I am doing some research for my company in Krugersdorp. We are about to go the fibre route and have narrowed it down to the following fibre providers:
Bitco
XDSL
Cipherwave
Dark Fibre
They all said fibre is available in our area. Which would you go for? Bitco is cheapest by far, but my director took one look at their pricing and was skeptical. Our accountant had feedback from another client who said Bitco throttled them and you do not get 1:1 contention ratio and not 100% throughput, which is what XDSL (at a higher premium) guarantees. I do not have Dark Fibre's pricing as yet. We are probably looking at a 50Mbps+ connection.
Is there any way that we can have fibre by the start of next year?
I am by no means an expert in this field and would love to give solid feedback to management.
