Which files to back in Windows' AppData?

Hi there and thank you for your help.

Do I need to backup AppData folder at all and if yes, which are the most important sub-folders?
I'm backing up to NAS and have the sync set to backup on file change. Now it backs up almost every second, mostly temp internet files and profile files.

I will appreciate your help.

That depends on the apps you use. Only things I backup from there is for the browser & email. Browser bookmarks etc & email store/database usually lives in those folders.
