Which HD PVR to buy?

hey guys i have the dso 1110 (+2) decoder atm. i need to get an hd pvr, are there options? and which is compatible with the current unit for dual view i.e. to move the sd unit to another room and be able to change channels there?
 
Only PVR available now is the 2 tuner,

you can use the 1110 in an extra view configuration, so u have 2 separate viewing environments and relay remote commands

So that would mean watch 2 record 1? Extra cost?

Cos I gotta also pay the hd premium of R65 pm a well.
 
correct, watch 2 record 1 , cant view the recordings on the second decorder (1110) though, you can how ever run cabling from the hdpvr to ur second tv ( if im making sense :) would be the first time in a while :P)

its just the R65 for pvr access , extra view is included in that , i think its around the 629 mark,
 
Sounds like Multichoice is making their customer's lives unnecessarily complicated :confused:

Thats about the price. Dont think u can get it cheaper as multichoice fix's it (from what I hear)
 
Ok cool.I must order from cats and collect tomorrow after confirming with game. Will save R50 woohoo! Nandos here I come.
 
Yes.will phase it.just bought a huge tv.lnb is like R400-don't want to defer my nandos meal.
