Which Home Affairs to use in Eastern Cape

I have some stuff I need to do at home affairs, I've tried the one in PE a couple times now and it's always ridiculously busy, even if you get there at 7am you still sometimes have no chance of getting in for the whole day.

Someone recommended trying home affairs in other towns, like Port Alfred? Anyone got any suggestions on which town to go to in EC for an easy experience at home affairs
