I want to know which OS is best for online gaming with extra and fast feature..

Depends on what games you are going to be playing 
If its DirectX based, then Windows will probably be the best... although if you are willing to tinker around - there's always Wine for Linux and Mac. While I haven't really noticed much of a difference in performance, I'm sure that the 'emulation' takes some impact on of performance. But then playing on Linux means generally not requiring an active AV running (unlike on Windows) so perhaps in that case the performance hit isn't so bad
Then again, if its a natural Linux based game, but had a Windows port, then playing on Linux will obviously be best. And OpenGL based games (purely in my own opinion) run natively quicker on Linux than on Windows...
But since graphics simply display the image on the screen, this would generally be the same whether running the game online or offline. The difference being the system resources required to render the images. After this, its a simple matter of how the game is written to 'network', and the network capabilities of the OS. So although some might have opinions on this, I think this can be counted as negligible...
Bottom line - do some research and try multiple OS's ... unless the question was rooted in Windows to begin with, and should have been phrased "which Windows version is best for online gaming?". In that case, as the post above claims - Windows 7...

What games are you planning on playing?
at the risk of sounding like a noob (and I am still happily using XP as my OS), why is Ultimate better than Home Premium when it comes to online gaming?

Indeed and it if says it's a windows game trying to get it to work on linux or mac will prove impossible and performance will suck.
Direct x is something mac and linux fail at badly
