I was just wondering which is better since I have decided to take the plunge.

Would it be better to go directly through sentech or through a third-party vendor. If the prices are the same then how would any vendor make any money?

Which is better from a service point of view?

Thanks

Id say it is better to deal directly with Sentech. Ive had more luck going direct. BUT there are pros and cons to both. A 3rd party would probably be better initially for more info etc. You phone the Sentech call centre anyway to it does not really matter for support.

I went with Nowire because there waiting time is much less than Sentech (Sentech quoted about 10 working days) and with Nowire the rep came to me on Monday, filled out the forms and i picked up my modem the same day..
Although i did pay for my modem cash as i wanted a 12 month not 24...

I got my modem from Sentech within 5 working days, and got connected the same day. I know of ppl who used nowire and have been waiting for 2 weeks+ Granted, that could be due to a credit or stock problem, so I wont be 2 quick to blame them.

I did the 12 month contract thing too. (Bought the modem).
Did it directly with Sentech ... took 4 working days.
