Which is better???

Hi there i am in a situation here now , i've got 4 seagate drive and now samsung drives are on special . which will be best for a 500gig and a 1Tb

as i've heard samsungs are better for between 250 and 750 as the seagates crash

The Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB is an awesome drive. Often compared to the WD Raptors.
I have lost faith in Seagates' since the ROM problems.

My next drive is a Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB. If I can find it..

I was after Samsung as well. The price point seems hard to beat. Just not getting any joy finding it at my suppliers. So right now it's WD Caviar Black for me.

I understand there is nothing wrong with the Seagate drives these days. But the Samsung has the advantage of pricing, so go with those.
