I haven't watched them all either but thought it would make for a good poll.

Really enjoyed 1 though. Good plot, well crafted scenes, good action and the final part of the movie was great, all despite having a smaller budget (i assume) than what some of the sequels had. Not sure it's my favourite but it's up there.

I don't think I have seen 1 and 2. Definitely not yet 8. Going to soon.

I am not a movie critic, nor want to be. But we have enjoyed all of them, so far. It is a genre I really enjoy.

Fallout without a doubt. Brilliant. I actually gave the movie 10/10, it's that good.

Followed by Rogue Nation, Ghost Protocol and Dead Reckoning. All excellent as well.

Then MI2 and MI. Both very good.

MI3. Good

Final Reckoning is absolute trash. No idea what they were thinking with this one.

I have watched them all but can't remember the older ones. So a bit hard to say which one I liked the most. Latest ones were not that good.

Like in most (almost all) cases the first is the best and then it just goes downhill from there and especially with wokeness and AI.

MI2 was probably the best viewing experience, but I think that was a combination of my age at the time and watching with friends in the cinema. In hindsight, Fallout was likely the best.

The set pieces are consistent with how good a MI movie is.
Fallouts helicopter scene and the GP Burj scene are amongst the standouts.
Langley caper scene in Part 1 has been imitated so many times - these round up the top 3, imo.

Gun to my head = Fallout.

Watched them all. Liked every one of them for different reasons. Mr Cruise adds to the excitement because he does mostly his own stunts. So they feel more realistic than other stunt double and AI kak.
